We are pleased to announce that the call for speakers for this year’s festival is now open!

Here at the Perth Games Festival we’re all about celebrating the amazing talent of local game makers and being able to help them share their hard work and awesome creations with players of all ages. With that in mind we have decided to open suggestions for festival content up to the community this year. Have an idea? Then submit it here!

Session submissions covering all aspects of game development and related topics are welcome, from design to marketing, coding to community support and everything in between.

Sessions may take the form of a lecture, panel discussion or workshop. Or if you have an idea for something a little different don’t hesitate to suggest it too!

Following the close date for submissions (Friday 26 August), the Perth Games Festival Committee will evaluate all session suggestions and choose those considered most suitable for the festival. Approximately 6-8 sessions will be selected, 3-4 for the festival day and 3-4 for the week leading up to the festival.

If you have any queries regarding festival content please direct them to our Content Manager at vivien@letsmakegames.org

The Perth Games Festival Committee extends their appreciation for your interest in being involved with this year’s event. See you there!
